In addition to our competency questions, we may also use the following screening processes to ensure that we find the right fit between individual and culture:
Telephone screening. We find out about the person, their potential fit and talk about the style of person we are looking for, what it’s like to work here and the types of people who are successful.
Motivational fit. We have specific questions in the screening process that allow us to check candidate’s motivations in terms of interest for the role, and whether they display the appropriate levels of drive and energy to deliver against the requirements of the role. Candidates are assessed for verbal and numerical reasoning and also complete a personality questionnaire to establish work style preferences.
Feedback. As part of both our internal and external selection process, all candidates are offered the opportunity to receive feedback. We focus on delivering a great candidate experience which re-enforces what we say about our culture.
Assessment Centre approach. For certain appointments, we utilise an Assessment Centre approach.
